To ensure resident safety we have made some changes to visitor access at our home. Effective from 5.00pm today – Wednesday, 11th March 2020, visitors with security passes will no longer have direct access to residential areas.
Visitor Arrival During Business Hours – our reception is staffed from 8am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Visitors will have lift access to level 3 reception only. On arrival you will be asked some screening questions, then if appropriate you will be required to to sign the visitors register (all sign in books have been relocated to level 3). Once you have completed this process, a team member will provide you with access to the level you wish to visit.
Visitor Arrival Out of Business Hours – Visitors will have lift access to level 3 only. On arrival at level 3, reception please use the telephone provided to call the RN in Charge who will ask you some screening questions. If appropriate you will be invited to sign the visitor register. Only then will you be provided access to the level you are visiting. Please note that the visitor sign in books for all levels have been relocated to level 3.
I would also like to remind you to only visit your next of kin or the resident you have come to visit.
Lifestyle Activities Calendar Changes
We have modified the Lifestyle Activities calendar to minimise resident exposure to large crowds. Please check the calendar displayed in the lift for updates.
