COVID-19, Moran NSW Homes closed to visitors until 7/1/2021

NSW Health has directed aged care providers to exclude all visitors effective immediately until 7 Jan 2021. See the advice HERE.  There are 18 new community transmission cases reported today.  Please note that there are NO COVID-19 CASES AT MORAN HOMES.

We apologise if you had planned to visit this week. We will continue to provide resident representatives with photos and messages via CareApp so you can stay connected with your loved one or alternatively please telephone them. If you are concerned about a clinical issue, please telephone the Registered Nurses at the Homes.  We will contact Next of Kin we have any clinical concerns about our Residents.

If you have any immediate concerns about a loved one who is a resident at a Moran Home, or you provide essential care (defined in the NSW Health advice) please telephone the General Manager of your Home and we will discuss your concerns with you.

Please regularly check the published NSW Health COVID positive venues HERE. If you have been exposed to COVID and have visited a Moran Home in the past 14 days, please immediately contact the General Manager.
