We take pride in our care and strive to create a welcoming environment for staff and residents alike.The Admissions Manager will work collaboratively across all business units, with the General Managers and other key stakeholders across the organisation and provide support to the General Managers and Executive team. Key role responsibilities:In liaison with General Managers, monitor and maximise the occupancy levels of all homes, ensuring concessional residents’ ratio, respite, permanent occupancy level requirements, and financial objectives are always metProvide insights into the Moran Health Care brand and offering to prospective residentsLiaise with and support family members and residents to promote confidence in our careSource and facilitate successful resident admissionsManage wait lists and relationships with potential residents whilst on the waiting listEnsure all resident agreements are completed, posted and signed pre-admissionUpon admission, ensure a smooth and effective hand-over to the care teamEnsure compliance with legislative updates within the Aged Care SectorCoordinator for appointments, tours and information flow To be successful in this position you must have:The ability to provide an exceptional service experience and the ability to convert sales opportunities through building rapport with residents from the initial contactStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding and ability to calculate financial arrangements associated with residentsDemonstrated ability to maintain records and confidentialityExcellent team working skillsA current driver’s licence If you would like to learn more about this role, please contact Ryan Harkin on 02 8272 0006 or email ryan.harkin@morangroup.com.au

  • Liaise with and support family members and residents to promote confidence in our care
  • Source and facilitate successful resident admissions
  • Manage wait lists and relationships with potential residents whilst on the waiting list
  • Ensure all resident agreements are completed, posted and signed pre-admission
  • Upon admission, ensure a smooth and effective hand-over to the care team
  • Ensure compliance with legislative updates within the Aged Care Sector
  • Coordinator for appointments, tours and information flow

 

To be successful in this position you must have:

  • The ability to provide an exceptional service experience and the ability to convert sales opportunities through building rapport with residents from the initial contact
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding and ability to calculate financial arrangements associated with residents
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain records and confidentiality
  • Excellent team working skills
  • A current driver’s licence
