About the Role

  • Highly autonomous role with experienced peer support available to you as needed
  • Key member of the clinical leadership team
  • In conjunction with other clinical leaders shape the way we deliver care to our residents
  • Progression pathways open into senior leadership / management roles within our organisation
  • Responsible for the management of care planning
  • Responsible for managing ACFI in the home

 

About You

  • Ambitious in nature with a desire to pursue a career in leadership roles
  • Registered Nurse with 3-4+ years of clinical experience in Aged Care
  • Solid understanding of ACFI (ongoing training provided)
  • Strong computer literacy and systems knowledge
  • A high level of knowledge and understanding of the Care Planning, Assessment and Documentation in Residential Aged Care
  • Well-developed clinical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
