State and Regulatory Requirements will be met by the position, including record keeping.Key Requirements: Previous general maintenance and gardening experiencePainting experienceAbility to prioritise tasks and work semi-autonomouslyExperience and understanding of Legislative requirements for Essential Services and WHS requirements for maintenance & repairsTrade qualification desirableBasic Computer skillsKnowledge of the aged care industry will be favourably consideredCurrent police check & valid working rights. 20 AUD Roxburgh Park 3064
