You will not regret your decision to join the Moran Family and discover you take great pride in representing our wonderful homes.Key role responsibilities:Monitor and maximise the occupancy levels at the homeEnsure the enquiry, touring and admission experience for potential residents is seamless and enjoyable, always ensuring the Moran Health Care brand is fully protectedLiaise with and support family members and residents to promote confidence in our care and service offeringMaintain community and network referral relationships to facilitate enquiries which lead to admissionManage waiting lists and relationships with potential residents whilst on the waiting listEnsure all resident agreements are completed, posted and signed pre-admissionUpon admission, ensure a smooth and effective hand-over to the care teamAct as point of contact for family members after resident admissionEnsure compliance with legislative updates within the Aged Care Sector To be successful in this position you must have:Demonstrated ability to convert sales opportunities through building rapport with residents and their familiesThe ability to provide an exceptional service experienceSkills to engage with the community with the purpose of driving occupancy in the homeUnderstanding of aged care financial arrangements (RAD, DAP etc)Experience using MyAgedCare would be highly desirableDemonstrated ability to maintain records and confidentialityStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsExcellent team working skillsFlexibility to work at weekends or after 9-5pm hours when infrequently requiredA current driver’s licenceIf you are a team-player who would like to join us and share our passion for the Aged Care industry, apply today! 70000 AUD Sylvania 2224
