Congratulations to Moran staff member Kalaly Chu, who was recently recognised for the special effort and pride she takes in her role as Leisure & Lifestyle Leader in our dementia unit at Moran Sylvania.
Kalaly was one of four recipients of the Rotary Club of Cronulla’s Pride of Workmanship Award which was presented at an awards dinner at Cronulla RSL Club on Tuesday 18th October.
In her nomination Kalaly was described as someone who “Goes above and beyond in meeting all of the Moran Health Care Group values. Kalaly brings laughter security, kindness and joy to those in her care.”
Terri Birger, General Manager – Moran Sylvania said “Kalaly doesn’t just deliver a program or activity as a task or just to get the job done. She connects with each resident and makes sure that whatever she is delivering is person centered.”
