Moran Roxburgh Park is nestled in a picturesque location between recreational parkland and a lake, in the residential area of Roxburgh Park. Our home has been designed on one level to capture the sun and provide easy access, resulting in a bright modern residential aged care home set in lush gardens. Â Â Five spacious households are tastefully furnished with quality furnishings and fittings throughout including a superior display of artworks. Â Each residential household has dedicated dining, lounge and sitting areas with smaller tranquil spaces, reading areas and sunny nooks for residents to use and enjoy.
Resident rooms, with private ensuites, are spacious and designed for privacy, comfort and security. Rooms have views of our beautifully maintained gardens and also include remote-controlled televisions. Residents have access to an onsite cafe, physiotherapy, hairdresser, visiting beautician, optometry, podiatry, regular exercise classes and our leisure & lifestyle program.

CARE
We have a professional, highly trained team providing round the clock care, 365 days a year. Â Our Care Manager works closely with the Clinical Care Co-ordinator, Nursing Care team, local GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure that we will provide quality care and medical support for all residents.

Deluxe Suites attract a maximum refundable deposit of $550,000.

Our Premium companion rooms accommodate two residents, sharing an ensuite bathroom.  Premium companion rooms are bright and modern with an average room size of 22 sqm. Premium companion rooms attract a maximum refundable deposit of $280,000 per person.
Residents are encourage to bring small pieces of furniture and personal items with them.
Premium companion residents have access to communal lounge, dining room, reading nooks, well stocked library,
computer corner, TV lounge with Smart TV and Foxtel, snack bars and tranquil spaces.
Direct access to landscaped garden, courtyards, outdoor seated areas, verandas and safe walking paths.
Premium companion room accommodation/design features include:

Some people will have their accommodation costs paid in full or in part by the Australian Government.  Eligibility for a supported aged care bed is determined by submitting a ‘Request for Asset Assessment’ to Centrelink and received confirmation from Centrelink of your supported status prior to admission.
Supported residents have access to communal lounge, dining room, reading nooks, well stocked library,
computer corner, TV lounge with Smart TV and Foxtel, snack bars and tranquil spaces.

Supported room accommodation/design features include:

Our Supported Rooms have a maximum of two residents sharing an ensuite bathroom. Â The average room size is 22 sqm including the private ensuite bathroom. Â Residents are encourage to bring small pieces of furniture and personal items with them.
FEE & PAYMENTS
$63.57
The Basic daily Care Fee equates to 85% of the full pension and is determined by the government (read more about this here). The fee amount is reviewed on the 20th March and 20th September each year, in line with the pension increase. Everyone in aged care is required to pay this fee unless they are experiencing financial hardship which is determined by Centrelink.

PAYMENT CALCULATOR:
In addition to care fees you may also be required to pay an accommodation payment. The accommodation payment refers to the price of the room that you choose and will vary across aged care homes.
