Our resident accommodation is spread across 4 levels providing single rooms with private ensuites for all residents. Dedicated resident spaces are beautifully appointed with a blend of modern and antique furnishings together with quality art. Residents have easy access to outdoor balconies, terraces and secure gardens.
Moran Sylvania also boasts a heated indoor swimming pool, art gallery, wellness centre, hairdresser, cinema, underground visitor parking and physiotherapy team. Regular bus trips allow residents the luxury of travelling further afield.

Our professional, highly trained team provides round the clock care, 365 days a year. Our Care Manager works in collaboration with the Clinical Care Co-ordinator, Nursing Care team, local GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure that we provide quality care and medical support for all residents.

The maximum Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) price ranges from $650,000 to $850,000. Couples and interconnecting rooms are also available.
All rooms are spacious and ensuite with modern contemporary finishes. Our room size is approximately 22 sqm . Rooms vary in aspect and many have either a balcony, garden or courtyard access. Residents are encouraged to bring small pieces of furniture and personal items with them.
Final costs are confirmed on the date of admission (subject to receiving the assets and income assessment letter if you choose to carry out this assessment).
The luxurious Sylvania Suites on Level 4 have a maximum Refundable Accommodation Deposit price range from $900,000 to $1,400,000. Our accommodation price range varies depending on room location, aspect and outdoor access.
Situated on the top level (level 4) and separated from the other wings of Moran Sylvania the Penthouse Suites command the best views, decor and furniture you can imagine in an aged care home. The overall feel of the Sylvania Suites is one of luxury and privacy. All are spacious, ensuite rooms with modern contemporary finishes. Our room sizes are approximately 22 sqm.

FEE & PAYMENTS
$50.66
The Basic daily Care Fee equates to 85% of the full pension and is determined by the government. The fee is reviewed on the 20th March and 20th September each year, in line with the pension increase. Everyone in aged care is required to pay this fee unless they are experiencing financial hardship which is determined by Centrelink.
