Yesterday we celebrated Brian’s 105th birthday in the private dining room on the 5th floor at Moran Engadine. It was a huge success thanks largely to all the work, thought and effort put in by you and your team. The cheese and fruit platters that you provided were excellent and looked very professional. As for the cake that Matt baked – well, it was sensational. You decorated the dining room simply but most effectively, and you and your team were always on hand to ensure the needs of any guest were met. I cannot thank the Management and staff of Moran Engadine enough for their contribution in making Brian’s special day such a success. I am particularly grateful for the way in which all the staff truly displayed a genuine ‘caring’ towards Brian in doing what they could to make his day so special.
