Terms & Conditions

  1. Information on how to participate forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Claimants must comply with these Terms & Conditions for the promotional offer to be to be valid.
  2. A person who books a 4 week respite care stay during the within the expiry date noted on the Complimentary Respite Voucher  is entitled to receive one week of the four week respite period for free. Respite care must be taken in consecutive weeks and completed by the expiry date on the voucher.  
  3. Complimentary Respite Vouchers are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other vouchers or any other offer or discounts or promotions offered by Moran Health Care Group Pty Ltd.
  4. Respite Care and Permanent Residential Aged Care is subject to availability, a valid ACAT Assessment and approval from the Moran Health Care Group Clinical Care Team.
  5. The Complimentary Respite Voucher does not apply to Low Care Respite ACAT Assessment.
  6. The Complimentary Respite Voucher applies to new respite residents only.
  7. Terms & Conditions may be subject to change and can be found on the current Moran Health Care Group Website www.morangroup.com.au
  8. Respite fees must be paid in advance of respite admission
  9. The offer does not apply if bookings are cancelled.
  10. The Complimentary Respite  voucher is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified by Moran Health Care Group
  11. Moran Health Care Group reserves the right to discontinue a the voucher at any time before the date of expiration.
