Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to participate forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Claimants must comply with these Terms & Conditions for the promotional offer to be to be valid.
2. A person who books a 4 week respite care stay during the promotion period from 1 June 2019 to 31 July 2019  is entitled to receive one week of the four week respite period for free. Respite care must be taken in consecutive weeks and completed by 31st August 2019.  Each respite recipient redeeming this offer will be entitled to a credit voucher to the value of $2500 which will be credited to their account if they become a permanent resident before 31st August 2019.  Credit Vouchers are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other vouchers or any other offer or discounts or promotions offered by Moran Health Care Group Pty Ltd.
3. Respite Care and Permanent Residential Aged Care is subject to availability, a valid ACAT Assessment and approval from the Moran Health Care Group Clinical Care Team.
4. The $2500 credit voucher applies to new permanent residents only.
5. The $2500 will be credited to the resident account by five monthly payments of $500, with the first account payment made on the day of permanent admission.  This credit will be used to offset fees incurred, including but not limited to daily care fees, means tested care fees or extra service additional service fees.
6. Terms & Conditions may be subject to change and can be found on the current Moran Health Care Group Website www.morangroup.com.au
7. This offer is available for new respite or permanent residents booking respite care and converting to permanent Residential Aged Care Accommodation between the period 1st June to 31st August 2019 inc
8. Respite fees must be paid in advance of respite admission
9. The offer does not apply if bookings are cancelled.
10. Each credit voucher is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified by Moran Health Care Group
11. Moran Health Care Group reserves the right to discontinue a credit voucher at any time before the date of expiration.
