Visitors are asked to place the well-being of their loved one at the centre of their decision-making when considering if they should visit.
There may be times that we are required to limit visits because of a COVID or other viral outbreak somewhere in the Home, but we will endeavour to allow safe visitation as much as we are able. We consider it essential for our residents to be able to have visitors and maintain contact with their families but it must be done in a way that does not compromise your loved one/s and those they live with.
We have adopted a three-tiered visitation protocol that can be switched depending on the current situation at your Moran Home (please read below for information about each level).
