The role is a leadership role, developing education programs and materials that can be delivered locally by education co-ordinators through a train the trainer model. The role is based at Moran Kellyville, with periodic visits to four other homes and work from home hybrid option available.We take pride in declaring that all our homes are fully compliant with ACQSC standards, and the role of the Education Program Manager will be integral to our ongoing continuous improvement projects including the implementation of the new ACQSC Strengthened Standards. These initiatives underscore our commitment to delivering high-quality care consistently across the organization.Key Responsibilities:The Education Program Manager has responsibility for developing and implementing education initiatives to enhance workforce capability, pathways streams for employee development, skill capability progression, and the onboarding structure for staff.Reporting to the Quality Compliance Manager, this position will concentrate on delivering, coordinating, planning, and executing continuous education initiatives within Moran Homes (MH). Skills/Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse Division 1– Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
  • Certificate 4 in Workplace Assessment and Training or working towards
  • Driver’s license
  • Excellent and demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Current Police Check
  • Appropriate Working Rights
