The role is responsible for strategically sourcing, engaging, screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates across all levels and Moran Homes. The role supports the Manager People and Culture and the Advisor People and Culture in upholding Moran's immigration and global mobility framework for compliance with employee, government, and employer obligations. You will offer specialised expertise in international recruitment, conduct labour market testing, and develop recruitment plans.About the RoleResponsible for recruitment cycle, including but not limited to advertising of roles, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, reference checks, the offer management process and onboarding.Prepare offer of employment letters, contracts and follow up of signed contracts.Oversee the Orientation Program by providing support to Moran Home General Managers to ensure all new employees are welcomed to MHCG and an early understanding of the culture of MHCG is developedAct as Moran's contact point for immigration and global mobility matters, including the provision of data and reporting and liaising with external bodies where requiredSupport hiring managers, current and prospective staff, regarding visa options and complex issues triaging to migration agent, as required.To be successful you will need: In-depth knowledge of international recruitment programsDemonstrated experience coordinating high-volume recruitment campaignsQualifications or relevant work experience in Human Resources Excellent knowledge of the Australian Immigration Legislative frameworkWell-developed organisational skills including the ability to work across multiple programs and campaigns simultaneously, experience determining work priorities, meeting deadlines and working autonomouslyExperience in interviewing applicants and determining their job requirements and suitabilityCurrent NSW drivers’ licenceCurrent influenza vaccinationAs a MHCG (Moran Health Care Group) employee, benefits you will be able to take advantage of:  Employee financial wellbeing programsTraining and development Hybrid work   If you are searching for a distinguished career opportunity and be a part of values led organisation, please apply today, we would love to hear from you!  At Moran Aged Care, we are committed to reflecting the diverse community we serve and creating an inclusive and respectful workplace for all employees. To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • Qualifications or relevant work experience in Human Resources 
  • Excellent knowledge of the Australian Immigration Legislative framework
  • Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to work across multiple programs and campaigns simultaneously, experience determining work priorities, meeting deadlines and working autonomously
  • Experience in interviewing applicants and determining their job requirements and suitability
  • Current NSW drivers’ licence
  • Current influenza vaccination
