At Moran Sylvania, a variety of day-to-day activities and plenty of fun are a priority. Recently the Moran Sylvania team decided to work together with the residents they care for to try something new. Some pushed their comfort zone and others were right in their element when creating a musical production of Que Sera Sera.
Made famous by Doris Day, the song is timeless and one that most people know the words to. What better anthem could there be when thinking back over the events that have shaped our world in the past couple of years? It seemed particularly fitting when thinking about how residents approached the changes and took things in their stride – ‘Whatever will be will be!’
“We wanted to encourage everyone to sing. Some were reluctant at first but it was all about having a go and collectively raising everyone’s spirits. We really let loose!” said General Manager, Lorraine Kelly.
The finished video is heartwarming, to say the least, and who knows there may even be some stars in the making! We hope you enjoy it.
