The General Manager’s primary function is to lead the Aged Care Home. The GM will interact on a daily basis with residents, resident families, staff members, stakeholders and the head office team to ensure efficient operation of the Aged Care Home and that this is being carried out in accordance with the Moran Health Care Group vision, mission and values.

The GM position is strategic and operationally biased, with responsibility which includes but is not limited to Business administration, Asset Management, Communication, Work Place Health & Safety, Stakeholder Management & Finance, Regulations & Professional Standards, and Occupancy.

The GM reports to the Director of Operations.
