We’re pleased to announce that Blessing Nwokolo has been appointed General Manager at Moran Engadine. A registered nurse with extensive experience, Blessing has spent the past year as our Care Manager and is excited to step into this new role leading our dedicated team.

“Moran has a strong family-oriented culture which resonates with me both personally and professionally. I value the sense of community, teamwork and commitment to providing high-quality care to residents. Knowing that we are all working towards the same goal of improving residents’ quality of life makes my work incredibly fulfilling.

My passion for caring began with my grandmother. She played a significant role in raising me, teaching me right from wrong and helping shape the woman I am today. Through her love, guidance and compassion, I learned the importance of caring for others and making a positive difference in people’s lives.

I have worked in the nursing industry for the past 16 years, and I cannot imagine doing anything else. Aged care, in particular, has been an incredibly rewarding journey. It has given me the opportunity to express love, compassion and respect while supporting older people through some of the most important stages of their lives. Every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and that is what continues to inspire me.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children.  Caring for others remains an important part of who I am. I am passionate about helping people and building close relationships.”
